Terms of Service

✦ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service in full.✦ I (the artist, Nopeita aka ReadyRusted) have the right to deny a commission for any reason.✦ FOR DIGITAL ARTWORK COMMISSIONS: A buyer is paying for my service as an artist and a final digital artwork product only and no physical item will be shipped. I will not provide .psd files, excessive process updates, livestreams, alternate versions, etc. unless otherwise stated or paid for by the client.✦ Commissioned pieces are intended for the client of the commissioned piece's personal use only.✦ I reserve the right to upload any commissioned piece to my online galleries or portfolio as promotional material.✦ Payment will be billed through an invoice via Paypal for USD or accepted via Ko-Fi only.✦ I require payment before I start your commission.✦ Complicated character designs, poses, accessories and/or character anatomy (wings, horns, etc.) may cost extra.✦ NO REFUNDS will be given upon buyer request for any reason. A refund will only be given if I cannot finish and the refund is initiated by me (the artist, KHolmstead/Nopeita/ReadyRusted) only.✦ Do not remove my signature or edit my work, if you would like something altered or added, I will do it for you. Just contact me.✦ If a commission is completed and the buyer would like changes or edits, small edits are free of charge immediately after it is completed and sent to the buyer.
✦ If longer than a month has passed and the buyer wants to add or change a commission, I may or may not ask for a fee.✦ Commissioned works may be traded or sold along with characters, but my artwork cannot be sold on its own.✦ A buyer may upload the commissioned work to other sites, just keep my signature on the commissioned piece and credit me when possible ("art by Nopeita on TH," or a link to my profile or carrd will suffice)✦ My artwork cannot be used in any blockchain system or be sold, minted, or otherwise associated with any NFT or cryptocurrency.✦ My artwork cannot be distributed or used in any AI database, software or development.

FAQ

✦ How do I go about commissioning you?
Short answer: either through my ko-fi page, ko-fi shop, my discord server, or DMing me directlyKo-fi Members - I am always available for commission to users who subscribe to my ko-fi page anytime, any day of the week! If you are a paying ko-fi member, just DM me for a commission or order via my ko-fi commissions page! Ko-fi members don't have to wait for my public openings
Ko-fi Shop - I often have public YCHs listed in my ko-fi shop that are available for purchase anytime for anyone to buy (members and non-members)! You can DM me and buy via paypal invoice if you don't want to purchase an open YCH on ko-fi
Discord server - I publicly open slots on my discord server typically every Saturday or Sunday. I always prioritize my discord server community over cold DMs and take comms there first, as it is easiest for me to communicate!
DM me on socials - If you don't have discord or have no interest in joining my server, don't worry, it's not required to get a comm. But it may be harder to get a slot this way! You can always DM me on any platform and I may or may not be able to squeeze in another comm that week. It's generally unlikely I will take comms outside of my discord slot openings, but it does happen here and there. The best time to cold DM me for a potential commission slot is on a Saturday or Sunday when I open slots✦ What art programs do you use?
I use GIMP/GNU Image Manipulation Program for pixel art and Krita for non-pixel digital art!✦ What is your turnaround time for commissions?
My typical turnaround time is 3-7 days, but please allow up to 14 days in case of emergencies, illnesses, life events, etc.!✦ Do you take art trades?
Not publicly and very sparingly. I don’t usually have time! So I occasionally do some with mutuals maybe once a year or even every other year tbh✦ Do you take requests?
Not these days, I haven’t done requests in several years as I haven’t had the time to!✦ What OCs are you comfortable drawing?
I will draw any species of animal and furry/anthro OCs! I love drawing all types of mammals, birds, fish, insects, reptiles, hybrids, mythical creatures--you name it and I might even have an example already lol! I love getting to draw uncommonly seen animals especially. I would say my specialty is cutesy feral animals but I’m very comfortable and even love getting the opportunity to draw anthros, insects, creatures, monsters, dinosaurs, and OCs with some cyborg elements.✦ What OCs are you NOT comfortable drawing?
Anything with a human face. If the face is more sphynx-like, I MAY be open to it but it depends. I also would not be interested in drawing fully robotic or mech characters or any sort of vehicle OCs (cars, planes, etc.). I also do not draw any OCs that represent any hate group or involve hate speech of any kind.✦ Do you take NSFW commissions?
No. I do not take any sexually explicit or any sort of fetish commissions ever. I am ok drawing “barbie” nudity (such as nude anthro OCs with fur covering genitals for example) and non-sexualized nudity (nipples and genitals are ok but no sex acts or arousal whatsoever). And I do not take any fetish commissions.✦ Are you ok drawing gorey OCs and/or gore/violence?
It depends on the OC and scenario! I’m 100% ok doing blood splatters, wounds, or blood dripping from a mouth for example. Or if an OC has hunted another animal, that is ok. OCs getting into a fight would also be ok. Something I don’t like is gore containing guts/intestines, so that is something I would most likely say no to taking as a commission. I’ve drawn some OCs that have blood, muscle or bone as a part of their design, and I’m usually ok drawing those things. But I may say no to somethings if I’m uncomfortable with the level of gore!✦ Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, I take bulk orders! I open commission slots once a week, so if I take a bulk order, I would need to adjust my weekly slot opening. So please ask at least a week in advance before ordering bulk!✦ Do you have a bulk order limit?
It varies! I prefer to clear my to-do list by the week, so I try to only take bulk orders that could be done within 7-10 days.
For items like 25x25 and 50x50 pixels, I could take up to 30 at a time.
For items like 100x100 pixels, I would be comfortable taking up to 20 at a time.
For 150x150 pixels, 10 max would be preferred.
For non-pixel items, that would vary depending on the type!✦ Do you offer bulk discounts?
I do not offer bulk discounts. The only discounts I offer are for monthly Ko-Fi members and other random discounted items in my shop.
